• Minimum required height of participant is 107 cm
• Children under 18 years must accompanied by parents / guardian
• Saturday | Sunday Pass applies to weekends and school & public holidays
• Please contact the attraction at least one (1) day before to schedule your visit
• Contact information will be provided in your e-Ticket
• Opening Hours: 10:00 am – 10:00 pm | 7 days a week, including school & public holidays
• Last admission: 1 hour before closing time

• This ticket is non-refundable if not redeemed on the selected date
• If you would like to change your date of visit, please contact our Customer Support at least two (2) days before your selected date
• Please note that rescheduling is done on a case-to-case basis and may not be possible at all times

• All tickets are only valid on your selected date
• You do not need to print the ticket, simply present the QR code via your phone
• In order to redeem your ticket, please proceed to the attraction’s counters
• MyKad or MyKid must be presented at the attraction for purchase of Malaysian – with MyKad type tickets
• Identification card for age verification must be presented at the attraction for purchase of Children type tickets
